Imo graduated “Cum Laude” from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, University of Calabar, Nigeria in 2007. She has an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho. She has worked in a string of medical institutions in Nigeria, with Garki Hospital Abuja being her most recent medical work place. Imo thereafter sought work satisfaction outside the medical field. She pursued her passion through practical contributions to advancing the cause of women and children both educationally and medically. This passion subsequently saw to her work with Inoyo Toro Foundation. Being born and bred by thoroughbred academics, her devotion to education and gender issues have been harnessed through her managerial roles with Inoyo Toro Foundation.
Imo is an Associate member of the Medical laboratory Science Council of Nigeria and an Associate member the Chattered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM).
She is a wife and mother to 3 lovely children.
