Mrs. Uto Ukpanah is the Company Secretary of MTN Nigeria Communications Limited.

A lawyer with wide and diverse professional experience particularly in financial services, corporate governance and telecommunications, she is a Fellow and Member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. She has been involved in the development of various corporate governance and ethics related codes.

She is a Certified Ethics Officer (Ethics Institute/University of Stellenbosch) with extensive global experience. She sits on the Board of several organisations including educational institutions.
