Story

The Foundation had the privilege of having Mr. Michael Ikpoki, Chief Executive Officer of MTN Nigeria Communications Limited as the guest speaker on the 7th edition of the Annual Teachers’ Award For Excellence. The event held as usual at the Le Meridien Ibom Hotels & Golf Resort, Uyo. Mrs. Margaret Lucy Annette Ita, who has been a teacher for 41 years, having arrived Nigeria first as a missionary, chaired the year’s event.

A total of 18 teachers received awards at the event. 3 teachers were honoured with the Grand Mentors’ Teachers Awards. The Mentoring clinic had 37 mentors and 222 students.
